General Overview: Super is looking for a Handyman who is reliable and has a basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems to conduct light maintenance around customer’s homes. You will need to have the ability to work independently along with good communication skills and an attention to detail. *Responsibilities May Included in Up to 2 Hours of the Following Example Maintenance Services: Appliance Dryer Vent Cleaning Washer Filter and Tub Cleaning Dishwasher Spray Arm and Filter/Seals Cleaning Microwave Cleaning Clean Garbage Disposal Refrigerator Coil and Seals Cleaning Refrigerator Filter Replacement (customer supplied) Oven and Cooktop Light Cleaning HVAC Air Filter Check and Replacement (customer supplied) Garage Door and Opener Lubrication Clean Heat Pump/Condenser/Air Handler Electrical Smoke Detector Testing CO Detector Testing Test GFCI Outlets Inspect Fire Extinguisher (Age/Date) Inspect Electrical Panel Plumbing Check Water Softener Salt Level and Refill (customer supplied) Inspect Water Heater Winterize Hose Bibs *Super will provide other miscellaneous tools and material to perform the above maintenance. Job Type: Part-Time Pay: $100 per job (break down of job pay below) $35/hr x 2 = $70 labor $30 Travel and Cell Phone Reimbursement Requirements: Working smart phone to take pictures of appliances through Super app Reliable and decent looking vehicle transportation insurance (photo verification of vehicle will be required) Wear company uniform (will be provided) Background check Schedule: Schedule will be flexible on a M-F basis with weekend work if agreed upon by customer and handyman Must be able to take at a minimum of 2 jobs a week (4 hour weekly commitment) Insurance: General Liability Insurance is preferred but not required.
