Apartment Community seeking a full time Maintenance Technician The successful candidate should be well organized and have solid maintenance background. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Respond to and make all necessary repairs for existing tenants * Assist in the preparation of make readies * General maintenance of common areas and mechanical rooms * Perform preventative maintenance around the property * Perform, maintain and track work orders * Carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, light electrical, boilers, drain cleaning, appliance installation, and snow removal Qualifications: * General knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, tile and flooring work * Must have own tools * No criminal record * Physical requirements: heavy lifting, walking stairs, moving appliances, etc. * Must be willing to work on call * Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Salary, medical benefits and 401K available Please email or fax resume along with salary requirements Fax: 215-788-1882
