Very Part time Maintenance Person -Daycare Center

Seeking a maintenance person to help around the daycare as needed basis- Rate $15.00 per hour - duties range from hanging bulletin boards, washing windows, putting shelving together, moving items from room to room, sink repair, adding gates, adding toggle bolts, various duties - also includes going to local hardware stores. Some painting - mostly touch up work around center. Cash paying job - paid every Friday Please do NOT apply if you have a drug or alcohol problem, I will know and I will not hire you. This is a daycare environment and you have to do a background check to even walk into our center to do any work. I will pay for the background check. This is a perfect job for that retired worker who is handy - some weeks you may work 10 hours, some weeks it may be only 3 hours - no guaranteed hours - and you will be able to work evenings and weekends. We have some projects coming up and we are expanding so there will be some busy weeks in summer. But nothing you can not handle, we are flexible we can work around your life. We just want someone kind, considerate, knows how to do things and is handy with tools. Our current guy is wonderful and got sick and is unable to be with us at this time - we do not believe he will be able to return to us.
