Tootsie is a 16 month old English Bulldog. Does wonderful with other dogs and cats, people and small children. She has had an entropion surgery and also has chronic dry eye, requiring drops, that she will come with. She is not currently spayed. She is listed as a Lilac, and will also come with her AKC papers.
