This is a very physical job. Be prepared for that. We need someone ASAP as in today! If you cannot start right away please don't answer ad. Se pueden aplicar personas que no hablan inglés! -Would prefer someone with a way to get to jobsites. -Must be able to work alone and work with a crew depending on the job. -Must be able to work quickly. -Must not be a complainer. Please have a decent attitude. -Please have work gloves, etc We do light demo, lots of loading junk, furniture and appliances, etc. and then unloading, landscaping cleanups and more. This is an independent contractor position. Long term work available for the right individual as we are actively hiring.
