Job Summary We are currently seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to join our community! Weekly pay rate will be based on experience. We will compensate the right people. $1,000 signing bonus! You will be responsible for completing various tasks dealing with grounds work in a team environment, including some of the items below: Responsibilities and Duties Maintain grounds throughout community Mowing, weed eating, edging, trimming bushes, pinestraw, etc. (based upon the season) Must be able to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis. Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in landscape maintenance (2 year minimum in commercial grounds) Familiarity with landscape maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload in a team environment Background & drug check / Valid DL preferred Must be fully vaccinated from Covid-19 Benefits Garden View Realty provides a competitive wage and benefits package.
