Kitten Milk Replacement Formula

My cat gave birth to 4 kittens on December 27th. It is her first litter. She is a suburb mother. But I don't think she is producing enough milk. The kittens should be putting on more weight and gaining more strength (at least I would think) it may still be too soon to start worrying about that. Better safe than sorry. I am looking for some milk replacement formula so I can feed it to the kittens when necessary. I would like be prepared.
