looking to finance a reliable car off of somebody

hi i know its a long shot and have to have a lot of trust but i am looking to finance a reliable car off of somebody. i am moving back home and need a car to take home. i financed my last car off of a friend and was on time with payments. i am down to do a down payment while obtaining the car. as i will be out of the area hopefully a 3rd party app would be good to do my payments through (cashapp, zelle, etc) i can not do venmo cause for some reason my account is frozen and am having a hard time unfreezing it.
