ONE - NO MONEY currently; TWO - looking for someone experienced PLAYING WITH BANDS, looking for someone talented and ambitious who knows what they're doing; THREE - please have links you can send, preferably not of you playing in your bedroom. I'm truly not looking to waste your time, and vice versa. I'm a drummer and I run a jam in the East Village, I'm very DIY. We've very recently put together a band for a singer who I feel is borderline amazing. Her thing is basically a modern r&b kind of feel, currently we just have a list of covers together, think Alicia Keys, John Mayer and others. I'd like to get to originals, giging, conquering the world, etc. We currently have a great bass player but he's busy (as are all great bass players) and he might not be available for gigs. SO, we need either a permanent bass player or possibly a sub. I just want a human being who knows what they're doing, is a good guy, knows the game and gets the point. I have a rehearsal studio in the Music Building, rehearsals are currently set for every other Tuesday night but that's flexible. Thx for taking the time to read this.
