All Staffing Warehousing's client in Somerset, NJ is looking to hire an experienced Quality Auditor as soon as possible. Our client is a leading provider of high-quality, plastic packaging components. If interested, please call or text Sulia at 215-932-7404 Position Summary: Quality Auditors oversee testing to ensure that products meet the established standards of appearance or performance. Conducting hourly inspections on parts to ensure that the product is maintaining conformity, and performing dock audits to prevent non-conforming products from getting to the customer. This position hours are 7am to 7pm. You work 3 days one week and 4 days the next week. Pay starts at $16.50 commensurate with experience Essential functions: Primary focus is to be able to evaluate and provide exposure minimization to defects by evaluating part quality, process quality, and material handling/storage Perform, understand and report findings from the required testing as defined in the MRP Product specifications, customer specifications, and regulatory specifications Properly communicate status and acceptance of test specimens submitted to production team Ensure conformity to the product at startup and throughout the production run Perform simple dimensional inspections using small hand gauges Perform color validation by spectrophotometer and by visual match Validate proper material selection and use when applied to work orders Position requirements: HS diploma or GED equivalent 1-2 years of experience, preferred in manufacturing industry Working knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel Knowledge on Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) – Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) – Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Ability to lift 35 lbs. on occasion or frequently Food Safety Requirements: Monitor and verify activities to ensure that all maintenance work in the facility meet food safety standards in addition to quality standards Comply with all company food safety and quality assurance procedures and complete documentation correctly Ensure all work product contact surfaces are restored to sanitary condition after any job completion Report incidents, and product or process failures that could impact food safety of manufactured product to your direct reports and submit a safety/food safety incident report If interested, please call or text Suliaat 215-932-7404 You may also apply in person Monday-Friday, 8am-3pm All Staffing Warehousing 311 Raritan Ave 2nd fl Highland Park, NJ 08904 Please bring (2) forms of valid ID, your resume, and a mask to wear in the office.
