Quality Control Specialist
We are looking for a quality control specialist to perform tasks requiring the ability to use their profound attention to detail to complete daily duties. Some duties may include collecting, organizing, and managing client's hardware per job. Supporting other team members with the assembly and preparation of cabinets for the finisher to paint or stain, to ensure each client receives the best quality product they deserve.
Other responsibilities include (not limited to):
Profound Attention to Detail
Familiar with the use, process, and purpose of puttying and sanding
Excellent organizational skills, and comfortable working independently
Gathering/storing all items/hardware per job (shelf/shelf pins/hinges/hinge plates etc.)
Pre-Assemble
- Accurately pre-drilling for screw placement to attach doors/drawer fronts evenly
- Label each cabinet/drawer/shelf per job with client name/description
Re-Assemble
-Verifying the accuracy of all pre-assembled work after the product has been finished
-Attach hardware to doors/drawer fronts to finished cabinets
Prepare for Transporting
-Wrapping and labeling each piece with client name for transport to a job site
-Rearranging and storing wrapped/unwrapped cabinets to make space for new jobs
Physically capable of lifting up to 50+ lbs.
Visually inspect each piece looking for discrepancies for rework before/after sent to finisher
Assist with light duties and deliveries in the field, may run errands for materials
Able to work (sometimes) under a stressful time restraint environment
Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm.
Salary: $27,000-$40,000 depending on skill set
