Kenmore Fridge 596.55652500 wide-by-side, not getting Cold enough

Description

I have a Kenmore Fridge 596.55652500 wide-by-side that is not cooling the Refrigerator (cold enough) and also not Freezing the Freezer. In (Freezer) 4th Photo, it shows that there is Ice buildup on the Pipe that attaches to the Coils in the Freezer. I purchased a Whirlpool Compressor Start Relay and Installed, W10613606 Compressor Start Relay and Capacitor It does not appear to be the correct Part. I need Fridge checked.
