My English bulldog Bertha was taken from my home. In Erie on 26 and state. I got a message thru Craigslist stating that they have her and have not giving her back. If u know how to locate someone thru there email or messages that replied thru Craigslist I need your help. I will do whatever it takes to find where they are and get my girl
