Looking for upbeat, clean, detailed, organized and reliable woman to take care of my newly built home and assist me when I am in town. The candidate will be responsible for the whole house, inside and out. Must be make sure bills are being paid make sure the yard maintenance crew is taking of my place. I am bicoastal, I live in California 45% of the time. Some tasks are to make sure bills are being paid and keep all home documents filed and organized both electronically and actually hard files, utility bills, home insurance, auto insurance, vehicle registrations etc.... make sure the vehicles are being washed and detailed. run errands, take clothes to the dry cleaners, picking up mail from the local UPS store, pick up meds from the pharmacy. Make sure I get to my appointments, and any other items not mentioned herein that is within reason. I have a huge detached garage with a Mother in-laws suite, can convert to an office later if need be in the future. I'm in my early 60's, single and I have a very busy lifestyle. I need someone understanding, this could work out to be something great, Like I mentioned, I do have a one bedroom separate from the main house, newly built mother in-laws suite/apartment which can work out in the future depending on our working dynamics. You will be back ground checked and need to be bondable. This will be a part time position currently one or two days a week and can work to a full item position when I move here in less than a year. You must have some kind of office background, computers, printers, scanners, know programs, Microsoft office, excel, word, outlook etc... Thank you, I look forward in hear from you.
