After an entire year of working behind the scenes, we are super excited to announce that we are re-branding our Port Charlotte location to "ActivAge®️ at Chelsea Place!” Our center will be the first of many innovative and forward thinking centers that we’ll open nationwide as part of our ActivAge®️ franchise network! Join us on Thursday, February 10th from 5:30pm - 7:30pm to celebrate our re-branding! Thank you all for your continued support and belief in us!!!
