Come to this women's only, weekend getaway in beautiful Sunriver Oregon. Enjoy nourishing meals and yoga practices, snowy adventures & rest. Welcome to a slow, quiet relaxing weekend in beautiful, snowy, Sunriver, Oregon. There will be rejuvenating soaks in the outdoor hot tub, meditative, deep healing yoga practices, quiet snowy walks and options to experience other excursions. Sisterhood around the fire, gratitude practices and nourishing food. We will also be experiencing at home spa treatments such as homemade mud masks, and visits from a massage therapist (or visiting them). Look forward to relaxing, rejuvenating, playing and enjoying delicious, nourishing food all weekend. Each day we will experience a yoga and self-care class, short guided meditations, then have options for excursions or just cuddling up with a book. Get ready to leave the busy, masculine world behind, and reconnect to your feminine, nourishing, restful, energy and embody healing and sisterhood. COVID SAFETY NOTE: We will be asking that each of our participants obtain a negative covid test within 72 hours of arriving at the retreat.
