Button Quail Eggs for Food or Hatching!

Events

117th St near 1st Ave, New York City NY

Description

I have a small flock of very well-kept button quail (Synoicus chinensis) that lay more eggs than our family can eat! So I thought I'd reach out to the local community to see if there's anyone else who would like to partake in our bounty. Quail eggs are super tasty and nutritious. They also stay fresh for up to a month at room temp and 6 weeks refrigerated. You can use them in recipes just like chicken eggs, or they make a great food for pets such as dogs, cats, bearded dragons, tegus, and other reptiles. We also have a male in our flock, so there are fertilized eggs available if you'd like to try hatching some quail of your own! Pickup is free, but I'm also happy to deliver locally for a small fee.
