Join Rural Action for a Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) Training followed by a Chesterhill Produce Auction Growers' Meeting in Chesterhill Rural Action is hosting a free Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) training followed by a Chesterhill Produce Auction Growers' Meeting at the Triple Nickel Diner in Chesterhill, OH. The GAP training will include general food safety training followed by a step-by-step walkthrough of all requirements, documentation, and records needed to earn and maintain GAP Certification. Please be aware that this is not a GAP certification class. Following the GAP training, we will hold our first Growers' Meeting from 1-3pm where we will present the results of the 2021 season, discuss new partnerships that will expand our CPA Order Buying, and pass out brochures of the 2022 protocols. We will also have room for questions, ideas, and comments. Anyone who sold at the CPA in 2021 or might want to sell in 2022 is encouraged to attend. Lunch will be available around 12:30pm for $10.
