General Contractor that rehabs single family – 4 unit buildings in the south side of Chicago and Southern Cook County is expanding our horizons in 2022 and looking for reliable employees that want to work with a quality company that offers weekly pay and proven year round work. All you need is your hand tools for your respected trade, we supply all materials. If you are reliable, trustworthy and can work independently or with a crew and follow instruction then we want to talk with you. We are in the process of setting up dedicated mechanical crews for electrical, plumbing and HVAC but also find ourselves looking for well rounded, multi skilled/crossed trained tradesmen to complete our general interior finishing. This would include but not limited to drywall repair/patching, painting, finish electrical & plumbing, interior door installation, trim work, cabinet installation, and flooring. Also hiring unskilled demo & cleaning people looking to get into the trades with a willingness to work. Mechanical Trades Needed: Electrician (must be able to bend pipe & run circuitry) Plumber (supply lines and drains) HVAC (install furnaces & be able to run duct work) General Interior Remodeling: Drywall (hang & tape) Drywall/plaster repair Painting Flooring Carpentry
