Need a handyman to help rebuild drawer rails in dresser

Jobs

Chicago IL

Description

I was in the process of moving a large, quality dresser and it was dropped face down on the side with the drawers. The exterior of the dresser has no damage, but almost all of the rails that the drawers slide in and out on are now bent or broken. I got in touch with Ashley Furniture (the manufacturer), but this specific dresser is no longer sold so they do not maintain spare rails to replace the bent/broken ones. I now need the help of someone who can use new slide rails (purchased from Home Depot, etc.) and rebuild the 5 drawers that were damaged so that the drawers can slide in and out of the dresser. I live in Old Town in the city of Chicago and would be happy to provide any pictures/videos/information that would be helpful in figuring out what replacement parts I need to purchase from Home Depot (or another supply store/website) in order to rebuild the drawers. I will cover the costs of any parts that are needed to complete the job, and am open to discussing what the total payment will be for the job depending on how long it will take. If you are someone that can help with this job, please feel free to call or text my cell (404-576-7797). Your services are greatly appreciated!
