Assistant Maintenance Supervisor with The Abbey at Memorial located at 801 Country Place in Houston, TX Are you: þ Knowledgeable of pertinent laws and EPA and OSHA regulations governing proper storage and management of hazardous materials, including solvents, flammables, caustics, and refrigerants? þ Able to constantly be aware of the condition of the apartment property throughout the community and immediately initiate action to correct unsafe conditions; e.g., broken gates leading to the pool, broken steps, open holes, broken/burned out exterior lights? Can you: þ Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on all appropriate equipment as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager? þ Inspect and maintain all tools in excellent condition.? þ Perform work area clean-up and safety-related duties? þ Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair, as directed, involving the following on a daily basis?
