Tristan Bellerive and Ben Kulp come together to perform cello/guitar duets composed by Joel Styzens. Joel Styzen’s album title ‘Relax Your Ears’ is an invitation to do just that. The Chicago composer wrote the album while working through a persistent case of tinnitus, punishing his hearing. The music born of this challenging time carries with it a tone of rebirth and triumph. Ben and Tristan will perform selections from his album in addition to original compositions by Tristan, and an inspired incorporation of Spanish selections. We invite you to come and relax your ears.
