Ruby necklace with surrounded by heart shaped diamond pattern

We have lost a ruby necklace. It has a heart shaped diamond encrusted frame around the ruby. I'm offering a reward for the return of this necklace if found. We have a ring that is the same design so it can be used for reference to prove if the pendant is the correct one. The necklace is not worth a ton of money it's more sentimental than anything.
