The goal of this class is to educate and provide updated return to exercise techniques for the active, post-partum mother.
In this course you will learn about the following topics:
- Early interventions to begin right after birth
- Transfer and bracing techniques to safely protect your body and baby after birth
- Cesarean section care
- Pelvic hygiene and self care; intercourse safety
- Gradual return to sport/activity and exercise including pelvic floor and deep core to reduce diastasis recti
- Advanced return to sport/activity and exercise
