This class aims to empower the pregnant mother by teaching breathing, positioning, and exercise modification to keep you moving all 9 months In this course time will be spent educating on the following topics: - What to expect in each trimester - Understanding hormonal changes and their influence on the body - Deep core work to reduce pelvic floor dysfunction and diastasis recti - Positioning considerations throughout pregnancy as well as during labor - Exercise modification to keep you active and strong during pregnancy - Breathing, stretching and birthing positions for an active labor
