Winter Wellness Series: Simone Mack-Orr of Cyclebar Spartanburg Hub City welcomes Simone Mack-Orr, general manager of Cyclebar Spartanburg, to the Bookshop for our Winter Wellness series, a program highlighting the wellness and fitness experts in our community. We're starting the year off right by connecting with local leaders for guidance, advice, and book recommendations! Come join us! Simone will be in the shop at 6pm on Thursday, February 3rd to discuss fitness, motivation, and goal achievement! In conversation with our Events Coordinator, she will relate her fitness journey, consider the meaning of wellness in 2022, and talk about the role that exercise plays in a well-rounded life. In addition to competing on the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB) pro figure stage and the National Physique Committee (NPC) stage, Simone also performs as a thespian at the Spartanburg Little Theatre -- so come out to hear the advice and guidance of this multi-talented multi-professional! This event is free and open to all, but save your seat here! About the Speaker A Spartanburg native and career FIT-thusiast, Simone Mack-Orr has been a dedicated professional for nearly 17 years. If you've seen it; she's taught it. Her fitness career was birthed out of loving to motivate people and watch them set and achieve goals for themselves.  She has competed on the National Physique Committee (NPC) stage and the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB) pro figure stage. Simone is currently the General Manager of Cyclebar Spartanburg, the premium indoor cycling franchise in downtown Spartanburg. In her free time, Simone enjoys spending time with her wife Ebony and their sons, Simeon and Emory. She also performs with both the Spartanburg Little Theatre and the Spartanburg Ballet, as well as sitting on the board for the Little Theatre.  About Cyclebar CycleBar® Spartanburg is more than a ride.
