Bubbly on the Bayou is a Champagne Brunch / live music fundraiser held at the Historic Patton's Salmen-Fritchie House. This is the signature event for East St Tammany Rainbow Child Care Center, Inc., a non-profit United Way Partner Agency serving low- income families and families in crisis since 1983. Bubbly on the Bayou boasts live jazz from the incomparable Bobby Ohler, a silent auction, and delectable brunch. It's Kentucky Derby Themed, hats are encouraged! Also, don't forget your umbrella for our second line! Proceeds from our 2nd Annual Jingle Bell Brunch support the operational and programmatic needs of Rainbow Child Care.  Our mission is to strengthen working families with a quality child care program.  We serve 175 families each year by providing a high quality program to low income working families and families in crisis.  Rainbow has addressed the need for affordable child care since 1983 and we've been partnering with United Way to eradicate poverty since 1986.
