He has received global awards and appointments for his innovative work including recognition by the Club Of Rome, and the Environmental Justice Leader award by the Ford Foundation. A frequent public speaker, Fred has taught courses and delivered presentations at local and statewide conferences and workshops on the subject of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and community.
