Description

SWAMPSCOTT, MA —Swampscott will host a coronavirus booster clinic for town residents on Thursday. This is for the Moderna half-dose booster — thus first and second shots will not be available. The clinic will run from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Swampscott Senior Center on Essex Street. This clinic is for registered recipients only. No walk-ins will be allowed. Registration can be done here. Booster shots are available for all residents six months removed from their second Moderna or Pfizer shot, and at least two months removed from a first Johnson & Johnson shot. The Moderna shot is available regardless of which vaccine you had for a first or second shot. Those registering will be asked for insurance information and should bring their vaccination card to the clinic. Masks are required.
