Vaccination Requirements as of 9/13/21: In order to board all brunch, dinner and party cruises, guests 12 and older are required to show proof of receipt of at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine. Starting 12/14/21, children between 5 and 11 are required to show proof of receipt of at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine, but are not required to have a valid ID. Starting 12/27/21, guests 12 and older are required to show proof of receipt of two doses of Covid-19 vaccine, except for those who have received the one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Acceptable proof may be a photo or hard copy of a vaccination card, official vaccine record, NYC COVID Safe App, New York State Excelsior App, an official immunization record from outside NYC or the U.S. Any proof must be accompanied by a valid ID for guests 18 and older. The law does not provide for any exceptions for medical or religious reasons. Children under 5 are exempt. The law does not allow a negative Covid test to be a substitute for proof of vaccination.
