West Reading is bringing high fashion to Greater Reading with its annual Fashion Show. This event will bring together designers, models and local boutiques for a night focused on creativity, style and music. The West Reading Fashion Show will take place on Saturday, March 5, 2022 with a 7:00pm VIP entry option at Nitro Bar’s 3rd floor located at 416 Penn Avenue in West Reading. VIP (early entry) tickets are $50, General Admission are $40. The show will start at 8pm! Discounts will be given with a military or student I.D. Tickets are limited and sell out every year, so at this time no tickets will be available at the door. Inclusivity and eclectic looks will be showcased featuring bridal to lingerie, sportswear to vintage, coming from prominent area boutiques: Allison Clothing Co., Bella Jules, Betsey’s Boutique, Be Mine Boutique, Dressed in Love Bridal, Fleet Feet West Reading, LiliBea's, Lucky Finds Consignment Boutique, Serenity Boutique, and Snazzy Beauty Boutique. An Albright College Fashion student will present looks showcased at a recent New York Fashion Week event! Enjoy a welcome glass of champagne + taste light bites from our main event sponsor Nitro Bar. New for 2022, Mother or Worlds will be hosting an “Mother of Fashion Afterparty” from 10:00pm until midnight. Mother of Worlds is a group of local underground event coordinators who specialize in punk rock concerts, the arts, and community based events. Expect artists and vendors, an exclusive fashion presentation, with DJ Hexxa+ live music from FAUX FEAR to end the evening. Afterparty tickets are 21+ and are available on the Eventbrite ticketing page. Ticket price includes a goodie bag containing surprise gifts and a collectible pin only available at this event. Leading up to the show, West Reading will feature events with their very own Fashion Week, starting Thursday March 3rd. During this time participating boutiques will have their own discounts, sales and promotions. West Reading’s vibrant fashion community is growing yearly and we are excited to bring its influence to the greater Reading audience.
