SERVPRO® of Pembroke Pines / West Miramar Construction General Labor Seeking individuals with experience in Construction, Build-Back, Recon, Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation, Restoration, Fire Damage, or similar industries!! Primary Responsibilities • Construction General Labor Experienced Required • Assist with Demo, Re-installing Drywall, Baseboards, Flooring and Painting • Assist with the reconstruction (build-back) of residential and commercial properties due to Water, Mold, Wind and Fire damage. • Assist in completion jobs related to Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation, Fire Damage, Demo and other Restoration related job activities • Assist with the Demolition of Homes and clean-up • Help clear debris from properties • Assist with the setting up of Containments at each job site • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project. • Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly in appearance • Must maintain tools and equipment clean, organized, and inventoried • Responsible to maintain company vehicle clean, organized and equipped for next day work • Perform production processes following SERVPRO® production guidelines per work order per crew chief directions. • Open to learning, training, and be able to work in a team environment Position Requirements • Bilingual Preferred (English & Spanish) • Must have authorization to work in the USA • 2-5 years experience in Construction / General Labor • 2-5 years experience working with Drywall • 2-5 years experience working in Flooring / Baseboard reparation • Restoration Company experience preferred • 1-3 years’ experience working Mold, Water Damage and Fire damage jobs • Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred • High school diploma/GED • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, or up to 100 pounds with assistance • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics) • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pay Rate – Competitive pay based on experience!!!
