Construction-Laborers / Field-Technicians needed to build and install the components for basketball courts, tennis courts, batting cages, pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts and other sport related construction. We build top of the line Sport Courts for residential and commercial properties. Upon hire you will be expected to learn from superiors and those with more experience. You will report to your immediate supervisor and see that your tasks are completed as per our standards and expectations. Moreover, it is essential that you have basic construction knowledge and are familiar with commonly used construction equipment and tools. Candidate must feel comfortable working with others, driving a truck, and working as a team. The jobs will require basic carpentry, forming, setting footers/embeds, installing posts, backboards, nets, rims, etc. It is essential to have a basic knowledge on how to mix concrete, use various drills including impact drill, chipping hammer, concrete saw, and others. If you do not have knowledge on all these tools, trades, and skills we will train you as long as you show effort and have a good attitude. You must be willing and able to work outdoors. All employees report to the main office in Dania Beach and are assigned tasks and teams. We provide the truck, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to get the job done. Candidates must be motivated to work, motivated to learn, and be energetic. We are looking for people with positive attitudes willing to learn and be part of a team. We are looking for candidates who have a good work ethic, are responsible, and are on time. Requirements include basic English comprehension and Valid Driver’s License.
