GREAT NECK, NY —A pedestrian was hospitalized after a hit-and-run in Great Neck on Tuesday, authorities said. It happened at the intersection of Station Plaza North and Middle Neck Road just before 11 a.m. Nassau County police told Patch the person suffered a minor injury as a result of the crash, and was taken to a local hospital for treatment. A police department spokesperson could not provide more details on Tuesday, citing an ongoing investigation.
