Loveable Boxer Absolutely great dog!

Scottie is a 2-3 year old boxer. He's neutered and completely house broken. He will shake is head "no" when he has to go outside. The faster he flaps his ears the more urgent it is. We rescued him from the humane society. He been a wonderful dog. HE LIKES TO HOLD HANDS. I had a stroke 4 months ago and now I'm 90% blind. I have serious heart problems and need to travel to Missouri for heart surgery. I can't take him with me. There is a very small rehoming fee to help weed out people who get free dogs to abuse and fight.
