MIDDLETOWN - A Middletown resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On January 10, Gerald Grate, of Middletown, purchased a Play4 Day ticket from the B Desh Enterprise in Middletown and won $10,000.
