Outside outlets no longer working also 819605 - 8171 Willowglen Drive, Raleigh,NC 27616 (HVAC) - Heat is not working on the second floor 819477 - 8171 Willowglen Drive, Raleigh,NC 27616 (Plumbing) - The resident has reported low water pressure throughout the house. All fixtures in house have low pressure. - Toilets won't flush, water pressure is extremely low on all faucets and showers. Inspect the area and plumbing 820735 - 16422 Austringer Place, Charlotte,NC 28278 (plumbing) - bubbles in the ceiling in the living room from bathroom above not sure what is leaking - busted pipe inside bathroom 822528 - 8102 Kingston Drive,Waxhaw,NC 28173 (Appliance) - I continue to report issues with my refrigerator. Last night at about 2am I called and advised that my refrigerator is not working. It's leaking, not getting cold and keeping an extremely loud noise. The freezer and refrigerator are both not working. Yesterday I shopped at Sams Club, BJ and Trader Joe's for groceries costing about $200 - 300. I still can't believe after calling the emergency maintenance line twice today I have yet to hear from anyone. 818761 - 2909 Stratford Drive, Greensboro,NC 27408 (plumbing) - The resident has reported a leak from the pipes under the kitchen sink. The resident was not able to tighten the pipe joints to stop the leak. 822879 - 4512 Grendel Road,Greensboro,NC 27410 (Plumbing/Clogged Drains) - mulitple clogs in toilet and shower 822649 - 3110 Glenshire Dr, Winston-Salem,NC 27127 (Plumbing) - Once again, the water heater has leaked/drained and overflowed. We went out of town and came home to water flooding the garage.
