Positions: 1 Wildlife Repair Tech and 1 Wildlife Sales Tech Looking for a Wildlife Repair Technician: If you have carpentry, roofing, siding/window/door/gutter installation experience, we may have a career position perfect for you! Catawba Wildlife is a locally family-owned business that is looking to add a talented leader to our team with a Wildlife Repair Technician. This is a ground floor opportunity in a growing, stable company. Our ideal candidate will be a responsible professional, who is able to interact well with all types of customers. Applicants must not be afraid of wild animals, be able to work on ladders and roofs. Applicant must be able to handle a 40' ladder and have construction, carpenter or roofing experience. Duties include: outside home repairs, animal exclusion work, installing one-way doors, ridge vent guard, gutter guard, chimney caps, etc. Plus: repairing soffits, repairing animal entry holes, sealing animal entry spots from top to bottom of houses, working in tight attic spaces. Most work is done in attics, crawl spaces and on roofs. A Wildlife Repair Technician is a $18-$21/hour position. In addition to the base compensation, we offer bonuses. Full time/year-round position. We are looking for lead and apprentice technicians. Sales Tech duties include: Inspecting home inside/out for wildlife Identify type of animal Writing up quotes and getting the customer to sign quote and take deposits Will have to set traps, write permits Deal with various animals If you or someone you know, would like to explore this opportunity, please send resume/work history today!
