The free resource directory is designed to assist adults over the age of 55 and persons with disabilities, as well as their caregivers, with handling physical, psychological, and financial challenges. While the primary focus of this guide is at-risk seniors, it also covers topics such as employment and federal and state benefits. Additional sections include nutrition, transportation, safety, and many more. "The COVID-19 pandemic has been difficult for this vulnerable population. Likewise, many service providers have had to suspend operations, and/or adjust their services to remote or virtual offerings. Our Resources Guide is full of up-to-date resources to help our aging and disabled population connect with the services they need to safely age in place."
