Press release from City of Fort Worth: January 11, 2022 The City of Fort Worth has added a new COVID-19 testing site at Heritage Church of Christ, 4201 Heritage Trace Parkway. The site will be open every Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. There is no charge for testing, and appointments are not needed. The site will offer the saliva collection test, which is a PCR/molecular test method, through Vault Health. In addition to that site, these testing sites hosted by the City of Fort Worth are open to everyone: Monday-Friday Tuesdays Thursdays COVID-19 testing is easily found at many pharmacies, hospitals, doctor's offices and private contractor sites; these locations may request health insurance. Most local pharmacies have at-home COVID tests available, for a small fee.
