Press release from the City of Coppell: January 11, 2022 City of Coppell administrative offices, Coppell Municipal Court, Coppell Animal Services, Biodiversity Education Center, Coppell Arts Center, Cozby Library and Community Commons, Coppell Senior and Community Center, and Rolling Oaks Memorial Center will be closed Monday, January 17 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
