Puppy in need of new home

We got her from my mom’s coworker who wanted to get rid of a recent litter of puppies. We were told that the puppies were of age to be separated from the mom. Unfortunately that was not the case and the puppy is about 5 weeks old. She walks around crying for her mom all night, I’ve had her since Sunday and came home today with a letter on my door from my apartment complex due to a noise complaint from neighbors.. I work from 7:30am - 5:30pm so I’m sure she cries all day because she cries all night long. She is super tiny but loud and constantly wants to be held so she can sleep. Unfortunately with the notice I am unable to keep her nor do I have the proper experience to care for a puppy for young. I know she needs around the clock attention being that young but due to my work schedule I can’t give her that. I don’t want her to go to the pound but I obviously don’t want to get evicted either. She needs a home that may can provide her with a foster momma dog, she is having severe separation anxiety.
