I have a red capped parrot or also called a pileated parakeet baby from last season. These are gorgeous birds full of personality but rare in the USA. This guy was handfed but is not really tame. Starting to talk and have a little attitude. He is a male and once completely mature his entire top of his head will be scarlet red. Text me only. Bird only and rehoming fee applies.
