LaFrance Corp's PacTec Plant in Sarasota is hiring Molding Machine Operators to operate plastic injection molding machines at productivity levels and quality standards to meet our customer’s requirements. Essential Duties: Operate different plastic injection molding machines in a safe manner Complete accurate paperwork to record production Pack produced parts according to customer requirements Cross train to work in different departments if necessary, ie: packing, hot stamping, painting to meet customer demands Must be at least 18 years of age Able to lift and transport up to 30 pounds Able to work a 10-hour work shift 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM am Monday through Thursday, overtime available on Friday Must be willing to wear a surgical type face mask while working for up to 10 hours per day Full-time position with benefits; health, dental insurance, short disability, life insurance, paid vacation time, and a 401K Plan.
