NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court South recently. Geneview Sylvia, 57, of Franklin Street in Somersworth on possession of methamphetamine and possession of amphetamine charges, both felonies, on July 27, 2021, in Hudson. Richard Theriault, 52, of no fixed address in Nashua on aggravated felonious sexual assault, a felony, as well as sexual assault, false imprisonment, and two simple assault charges. He was accused of digitally penetrating a child, pulling and yanking at their nipples, slapping the victim, placing his hands over the head and throat of the victim, and preventing them from leaving a home in Nashua on Aug. 8, 2021. Read more about this case here: Nashua Man Arrested On Rape, Strangulation Charges Shannen Tocci, 30, of Elm Street in Goffstown on two controlled drug act; acts prohibited (fentanyl and buprenorphine) on Aug. 15, 2021, in Nashua. Thomas Turck, 45, of Laurier Street in Goffstown on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug in a cigarette container and then, concealing the container, in Nashua on Aug. 21, 2021. David Vega, 37, of Terrace Street in Nashua on felony identity fraud, theft of lost or mislaid property, and four theft by unauthorized taking charges, the latter five charges are felonies due to two prior convictions. He was accused of posing as another to complete a rental application and gain access to a vehicle on March 5, 2021, in Nashua after acquiring the driver's license of another person. Vega was also accused of stealing sneakers from Kohl's in Nashua on March 8, 2021, and stealing a tool from a person on Sept. 2, 2021, and paint supplies and motor vehicle from Pine Motor Parts on Sept. 2, 2021, in Nashua. Vincent Ventiere, 32, of Chandler Street in Nashua on two felony indecent exposure and lewdness charges. He was accused of exposing his genitals to another man and a teenager on Aug. 19, 2021, in Nashua after previously being convicted on an indecent exposure and lewdness charge in Nashua District Court in July 2021. Jessica Whitney, 41, pictured, of Fossa Avenue in Nashua on first-degree and second-degree assault charges, both felonies. She was accused of stabbing an intimate partner on Aug. 21, 2021, in Nashua. Jason Warren, 21, of Cedar Street in Nashua on a felony duty to inform charge. He was accused of failing to tell police that he had moved. Warren is a sex offender due to an attempted sexual assault conviction in February 2019.
