The bill to repeal the Housing Appeals Board (HAB) is up for a hearing before the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday, 1/12/2022 at 2:30 PM in the Legislative Office Building. Everyone who wants to preserve his or her right to vote for the way their town develops, preserve single-family zoning (which is being attacked), save property values and the NH Advantage should write to the Judiciary Committee and ask them to "OTP" the bill, which is HB 1216.
