Press release from Ramsey County Government: January 4, 2022 The Downtown Service Center located at 160 E. Kellogg Ave. (Government Center East) in downtown Saint Paul will be temporarily relocated to Metro Square beginning Tuesday, Jan. 18. The temporary location at Suite 2500 on the skyway level of Metro Square will provide the same services during the same hours and days of operation for an estimated four- to six-week period. Operations at Roseville and Maplewood Service Center locations will continue unchanged. For information about all Ramsey County Service Centers, please call 651-266-0600. The relocation was necessitated by traffic and other disruptions related to the federal civil rights trial of former Minneapolis Police officers scheduled at the U.S. Courthouse directly across the street from 160 E. Kellogg Ave. Jury selection is scheduled to begin on Thursday, Jan. 20, 2022. We apologize to our clients and visitors for any inconvenience caused by this temporary relocation.
