Happy New Year! 🎉 This is the time where you make resolutions to feel better - that includes self-care. To be both mentally and physically at your best, you have to be comfortable in your own skin. If you have constant discomfort or are dealing with chronic muscle pain/back pain, it affects everything you do! Your home or work relationships may be strained, you may become short tempered, you may limit your activities and miss out on things you enjoy. I find when my patients leave my office, they comment on feeling better than they expected. I use a combination of manual therapy, education, and improved awareness of small changes people can make.
