Indoor Walking Track One of the primary features of the Leonhard Recreation Center is an indoor three-lane walking track (10-11 laps= 1 mile).  2. Weight Room This well equipped facility also includes a Cardio/Weight Room featuring numerous ellipticals, treadmills, exercise bikes, weight machines, free weights and more. 3. Champaign Bark District Memberships Your furry friends need to get moving too! In our youth sports programs, we believe that winning has less to do with the scoreboard and more to do with core values of Sportsmanship, Opportunity, Fun and Instruction. Because some residents are unable to participate in recreation programs due to financial barriers, the Champaign Park District offers scholarships to reduce certain fees and charges.
