BOLINGBROOK, IL — Two businesses have recently applied for tenant build-outs in Bolingbrook, Mayor Mary Alexander-Basta shared on her Facebook. The new retail announcements include Eiffel Waffle, which applied for a tenant build-out at 284 S. Weber Road, and Evolve Dance Studio, which applied for a tenant build-out at a vacant space in a new commercial building at 231 N. Bolingbrook Drive. Eiffel Waffle, which has a location in downtown Downers Grove, is home of the "bubble waffle." The waffle treat is often topped with ice cream, whipped cream, sprinkles or other seasonal toppings. Evolve Dance Studio, which is currently located at 107 W. Boughton Road, Suite B, offers dance classes for a variety of ages and competitive dance programs. Classes offered include ballet, tap, hip hop, tumbling, strength and flexibility, and choreography development.
